It is early morning. It is 5:30am. I am a little late. Yesterday was a Tabernacle Sunday, so I started at 3am. I am no good after 12 noon. On other days I am at the golf course at Fort Lee...usually the first one there. I have been playing golf for more than 60 years. I used to be quite good...course champion 5 times. Now I play more for the exercise than the sport. Mark Twain said that "Golf was a good walk spoiled." I walk and carry my bag. It is about a 3 mile course. That's a good workout for a 73 year old guy. I am out there every day if the course is open. I'm like a mailman...rain, cold, heat: if they let me out, I go. I don't go if there is lightening in the area. I have faith in God, but not THAT much!
"Finding Your Niche" is the subject of this next podcast. It is extremely practical and fits and fits just about anyone. I am experiencing what I preach for a change. I have a sense of relief and personal growth. You will be in my prayers as you listen to it, but only if you agree to pray for me!
I like what I am doing. I live off enlightenment that comes to me....and I like to think that God gives me that.
